Velvet Peach is grown in Armenia, Quindío — between 1,600 and 1,800 metres above sea level. At that altitude, nights are cool enough to slow the cherry's ripening, concentrating the natural sugars and acids that give Pink Bourbon its signature peach and floral character.

Pink Bourbon is a rare natural mutation of the Red and Yellow Bourbon varietals. Cherries ripen to a soft salmon-pink — and it produces a cup unlike anything from the standard Bourbon lineage. We bring it to Calgary in small batches, washed and hand-selected, so the character of the land arrives intact in your cup.
