At Momentos Coffee, we’re committed to delivering calm, care, and Colombian quality—right to your doorstep.

🏠 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

• Calgary: Free doorstep delivery on all orders.

• Outside Calgary: Standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

• Calgary: 1–3 business days (local delivery)

• Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days depending on your location and selected delivery method

Delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or high demand during peak periods (e.g. holidays or major campaigns).

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If tracking is available, it will be included in this email.
