At Momentos Coffee, we send calm, care and Colombian quality right to your mailbox.

Where we ship
We ship across Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates
• The Letter (two drip bags) and Gift a Moment subscriptions: ship free (the letter travels as lettermail).
• Coffee bags, bag upgrades on The Letter, and The Duo: shipping calculated at checkout (via Canada Post).
• United States orders: shipping calculated at checkout.
• Gift a coffee (pay it forward): handed to someone in person at our Calgary pop-ups — nothing is shipped.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, with tracking when available. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery
• Calgary: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: varies by location and carrier

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

Every order carries more than coffee — it carries care. 5% of every purchase supports mental health in Canada, through the Calgary Counselling Centre.
