This website is operated by Momentos Coffee. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Momentos Coffee. Momentos Coffee offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. Who Can Buy You must be over 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.
2. Our Products & Subscriptions We offer freshly roasted coffee bags and monthly subscriptions shipped from Calgary. Subscriptions automatically renew unless paused or canceled.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include taxes. We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms.
4. Shipping & Delivery We ship across Canada from Calgary. Times are estimated, and you will receive tracking information. If your order does not arrive, please contact us.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, if the order is already in the shipping process, changes may not be possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us within 10 expected delivery days. We may ask for photos to offer a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Refunds Not satisfied with the coffee? You may return unopened products within 10 days of receipt and request a refund or exchange. Please contact us by email.
8. Health & Allergies Our coffee is 100% natural but is roasted in a facility where nuts or other allergens may be present. If you have concerns, please consult your doctor before purchasing.
9. Subscription Management To pause or cancel your subscription, please contact us 48 hours before your billing date. You can also manage your subscription from your account or by email.
10. Social Impact – Donations We donate 5% of every sale to mental health initiatives in Canada. This is not a temporary campaign; it is part of our core mission. Donations are not tax-deductible.
11. Contests & Giveaways Check our official social media channels for contests and giveaways. We clearly explain how to participate and select winners publicly without requiring a purchase to claim prizes.
12. User Photos & Hashtags By sharing your experience with #MomentosCoffee or by tagging us, you grant us permission to use your content on our social media or website with appropriate credit.
13. Intellectual Property All content, graphics, creative ideas, texts, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Momentos Coffee or Remake S.A.S., protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, assignment, public communication, or transformation without written authorization is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in legal consequences.
