Our Commitment

We want every Momentos order to be excellent. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of specialty coffee, we do not accept physical returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Refund Eligibility

  • Order arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Order lost in transit (undelivered after 10 business days)
  • Quality issue with the coffee (contact us, we take this seriously)

How to Request a Refund

Email info@momentoscoffee.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect the credit.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will take effect on the following cycle. We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
