Current Delivery Area

Momentos Coffee currently delivers within Calgary, Alberta. We are actively working to expand Canada-wide — stay tuned.

Delivery Rates

• Free delivery on orders over $50 CAD within Calgary
• Standard delivery rate applies on orders under $50 — shown at checkout

Delivery Times

Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days from the order date. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed and delivered on your chosen cadence (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks). You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. Pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account.

Order Tracking

Where available, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will attempt a second delivery or leave the package in a safe location. We'll contact you if neither is possible.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@momentoscoffee.ca and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
