You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.

We offer freshly roasted single bags of coffee and optional monthly subscriptions—delivered from our Calgary warehouse. Subscriptions are recurring unless paused or cancelled.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We accept secure payment via major credit cards and online platforms.

We ship across Canada from our Calgary warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You’ll get tracking info when your order is on the way. If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, reach out to us at info.momentos.coffee@gmail.com.

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, once it's in processing or shipping, we may not be able to make changes.

If your package is missing or damaged, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We may ask for photos to issue a refund or replacement.

Not happy with your coffee? No problem. Return it within 10 days of delivery(must be unopened) for a refund or exchange. Email info.momentos.coffee@gmail.com to start the process.

Our coffee is 100% natural, but it's roasted in a facility that may handle nuts or other allergens. If you have health concerns, check with your doctor before ordering.

Want to pause or cancel your subscription? Just give us 48 hours notice before your next billing date. You can manage it through your account or email us.

We donate 5% of every sale to mental-health initiatives across Canada. This isn’t a one-time campaign—it’s part of our core mission. Note: these donations are not tax-deductible.

Check our official social media for contests and giveaways. We clearly explain how to enter and choose winners. All winners are selected transparently and announced publicly—no payment required to claim a prize.

By providing your email, you agree to receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.

Our coffee is offered “as-is.” We’re not liable for indirect or accidental damages from using our website or products. If something’s wrong with your order, we’ve got your back.

Products purchased from Momentos Coffee are intended for personal enjoyment and may not be resold without our written permission.

In case of events beyond our control—weather, supply disruptions, or postal issues—we're not responsible for delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, the new "Last Updated" date will reflect it. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
